Aside from David Simon, their were two runners up, the 2nd Runner Up was Alfredo Godinez Jr from Cantillan, Surigao Del Sur, Danes Roner Cruz from San Pedro, Laguna was named 1st Runner Up, and two other national titles namely Mister Grand Philippines Tourism Ambassador International who went to Kerr Michael Cruz from the Negros Island and the Mister Grand Philippines Model of the World who went to the hands of Mark Paul Espelita.
David Simon Reyes is set to compete in Mister Grand International 2018 here in Manila this September.
