Nelda Ibe bags 1st Runner Up in Miss Globe 2017

The Pilot Beauty Queen Nelda Ibe finished 1st runner up in the Miss Globe 2017 pageant held in Tirana, Albania. Miss Vietnam Khang Ngan won the crown.
