The SONY Xperia S features a 4.3 HD capacitative touchscreen with a 1.5GHZ processor and 1GB of RAM also it has a internal memory you can choose between 16gb or 32gb . Also it comes with a 12 megapixel camera, this is the 3rd 12MP camera phone on the market the first one was the Sony Ericsson Satio and the Nokia N8, also it has a 1.3MP front camera for Video Calling.
It comes with the Android OS 2.3 or the gingerbread. This phone is set to be released end of 1st quarter of this year, and this will also the start of the SONY phone brand
